Please arrive early for your booked treatment, as you will be required to fill in a medical questionnaire. If you arrive late for a treatment, unfortunately this will have to be taken off your treatment time. 48 hour notice is required for cancellation/alteration of booking.
Please ensure you have your KGB voucher with you when you attend. If you arrive without your voucher, we will not be able to proceed with the treatment, and this will be classed as a cancellation.
Currently our most limited spaces are evenings and weekends, as these are the first to be booked. Our weekend appointments have now been filled until the New Year.
This offer is for a 40 minute massage service only. Our sports therapy, physiotherapy and myofascial release treatments are not included in this offer.
