Rosi Sexton

Registered Osteopath

Rosi qualified as a sports therapist in 2004 before going on to study osteopathy at Oxford Brookes University. She has experience of treating people from many different walks of life, including office workers, builders and tradesmen, pregnant women, older patients and those suffering from chronic health problems.

She is able to use a wide range of techniques (including spinal manipulation, myofascial release, mobilization, stretching, exercise and taping) selecting her approach according to the individual’s needs and preferences. In some cases, with the patient’s permission, she will also liaise with other health care professionals such as a podiatrist, massage therapist, GP or consultant in order to seek the best possible care for the individual.

Conditions she has successfully treated include neck pain, back pain, sciatica, sports injuries, repetitive strain injury, tendonitis and arthritic pain.

Rosi is also an active Mixed Martial Artist and has competed all over the world. Her experience of training, competing and coaching at the highest level gives her a valuable insight into the needs of the competitive athlete. She enjoys the challenge of applying her skills to sportsmen and women of any level, performers, musicians, dancers, as well as those who simply wish to return to their everyday activities free from pain.
