Stuart Ness - Sports Therapist

Stuart joined the British Army in 1999 qualifying as a Physical Training Instructor in 2002, training soldiers in physical fitness for the following 5 years all over the world including tours in Northern Ireland, Bosnia, Kosovo and Iraq.

Since leaving the Military in 2006, Stuart opened a private injury clinic in Manchester specializing in Musculo-skeletal injuries after successfully qualifying as a Sports Therapist with Active Health Group.

Having helped people from all walks of life on the road back to health Stuart was employed by Manchester Professional Ice Hockey Club, The Manchester Phoenix for the 07/08 season as their official Sports Therapist.
Stuart has also worked with professional boxers as well as lecturing level 5 Sports Therapy at Active Health Group in Manchester.

As well as the clinical side, Stuart personal trains in a private gym and runs 2 military style bootcamp fitness classes weekly in Irlam.
