What is NLP? (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)
NLP is the study of your learned behaviours (or programs), enabling the practitioner to identify the relevant programs that need changing to effect a life change in you.
"If you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always got!" - Anthony Robbins.
That is the basis of NLP; to help you identify and create change; to reprogram your learned behaviours. Think of your brain as a computer; if the program is incorrectly programmed, it won't work effectively, and a rewrite is required to make it effective.
All programs have a structure; the practitioner will identify it, break it down and help you to rebuild it in order to empower you, and make those important changes in your life.
What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a combination of hypnosis and various therapeutic interventions. The therapist leads the client to positive change whilst the client is relaxed in a state of heightened suggestibility called 'trance'.
