Kinesiology

What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology uses muscle testing to take the guesswork out of change-work and therapy. When you work with Kinesiology Muscle Testing, you give your unconscious a voice; a voice that tells us exactly what it needs to help you get past your problem, develop new resources and create peace of mind.

Primarily, the job of a Kinesiologist is to reduce the stress of a problem and provide new resources to deal with it.

Kinesiologists are often told that they help people to feel in control and give them a sense of empowerment.

Each of us is a complex individual, whose health is influenced and affected by four major components:

  • Our 'Structure'; the muscles, joints, bones.
  • Our 'Physiology'; nutritional status, chemical load, physiological function
  • Our 'Psychological and Emotional Status'; our thoughts / emotions / mind
  • Our 'Subtle Energies';  the flows of energy which nurtures and communicates with the whole being and connects the other three aspects of health.

When we begin to develop symptoms of ill health, it is because one or more of the above is out of balance.

Professional Kinesiology Practitioners are trained in hundreds of techniques, some adapted from Applied Kinesiology, Acupuncture, and Chiropratic principles, and others developed from what we know about Flower Essences, Colour, Sound, Brain training, and Nutrition.

The brilliance of Kinesiology, is its ability to use a muscle as an indicator of the state of another area or system within the body.

Kinesiology is regularly used to help people with issues such as:
